Day Habilitation
Participants are offered daily structure, routine, and choices. Participants offer their feedback into what activities they would like to do throughout each week during weekly planning meetings.
Participants are clinically evaluated by our Interdisciplinary team (Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech, Behaviorist and Nurse) to establish person centered therapeutic goals that are intertwined with activities chosen by participants.
Therapeutic goals are created to help promote communication skills, sensorimotor, affective development, wellness, behavioral skills, independent living skills and self-help development
Eligibility
Individuals eligible for Day Habilitation must:
- Be over the age of 22
- Have a DD/IDD diagnoses
- Have insurance coverage, Including Prior Authorization (MassHealth Standard/CommonHealth, Senior Care Options (SCO), One Care (ICO) or DDS funding)
- Have physician’s approval

Day Habilitation Programs are open Monday – Friday 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
