We are looking for an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) who will lead and coordinate all programs and services in support of the strategic plan for the operations of Northeast Arc. The COO reports to the CEO and is an integral executive leadership team member.
As a BCBA at Northeast Arc you will supervise, mentor, and work closely with behavior therapists and families in home, community, center, and clinic settings.
As a Behavior Therapist you will support children, teens, and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder, using an evidence-based approach alongside BCBAs, Early Intervention staff, families, and caregivers. Full-time, part-time, and per diem opportunities are available.

LPN’s provide direct care to individuals living in Northeast Arc residential homes. You will suppport residents by following an outlined plan of care, identifying health-related needs, monitoring medical status, and working with the on-call Registered Nurse and residential staff.
