Woonton retired from Century Bank in 2022, where he served as an Executive Vice President and Senior Lender. He received his Bachelor of Science degree and his master’s in business administration from Western Michigan University.  In addition to his position on Northeast Arc’s board, he is on the finance committee at St Rose of Lima in Topsfield and has served on the board of the North Shore Chamber of Commerce, Massachusetts Business Development Corporation, and the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Boston.

“Northeast Arc does an incredible job supporting individuals with disabilities and their families,” said Woonton.  “It has been a privilege to serve on the board for the last decade.  As board president, I look forward to working with the dedicated board of directors and leadership team as the organization continues to grow and help even more people with disabilities.”

John Bogosian is a Principal, Board Advisor, and Co-Owner of King & Bishop Companies, which supports companies and candidates with proven staffing solutions.  With more than 30 years of experience advising organizations on growth strategy, talent, and operational execution, Bogosian partners with boards, CEOs, and leadership teams to scale businesses, strengthen leadership infrastructure, and navigate complex inflection points including growth, transformation, and succession.

“I am grateful for the opportunity to join the Northeast Arc board of directors,” said Bogosian. “Coming from a background of building and growing organizations, I have seen firsthand how the right mission, leadership, and execution can change outcomes for people in very real ways. I look forward to adding value where I can and learning from a team that makes a meaningful difference in our communities every day.”

Bogosian has served on the board of directors for Special Olympics Massachusetts (SOMA) for ten years (including Chair, 2013–2014) and is currently the co-chair of SOMA’s 2030 initiatives. He was an honorary board member of Samantha’s Harvest and served on the board of Lahey Health Cancer Institute from 2017 to 2025. He also held a volunteer committee role with the Cummings Foundation’s “100 for 100” initiative.

MacCallum is a graduate of the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management.  She was named a Top 100 Women-Led Business Honoree by The Women’s Edge and Boston Globe in 2025.

“I am joining the Northeast Arc board for deeply personal reasons and am proud to support an organization making a meaningful impact for people living with disabilities,” Swan said. “A close relative with a disability helped me see how often people with disabilities are overlooked or misunderstood. Coaching a Special Olympics Massachusetts basketball team also deepened my appreciation for the support individuals with disabilities and their families need.”

Swan earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, and her Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Public Policy from Duke University.
