Northeast Arc is delivering exceptional service to individuals and stakeholders who work with the agency, according to the agency’s annual satisfaction survey. NeArc received more than 1,100 responses from individuals supported by the agency, funding sources, and other key stakeholders such as guardians and family members. Respondents were asked a series of questions about NeArc services, and all scores were 90% or above, reflecting a high level of satisfaction.

“These results reflect the commitment our staff bring to their work everyday,” said Barbara Glendinning, Chief Quality Improvement Officer. “NeArc staff should be proud to know that they are making a meaningful impact every day, and that their efforts are being recognized and appreciated.”

The survey covered all of Northeast Arc’s service divisions: Applied Behavioral Analysis, Clinical, Community Employment, Early Intervention, Family Services and Recreation, Long-Term Support Services, and Residential Living. Fourteen of the 15 areas of focus covered in the survey showed improvement from 2023, and one remained consistent over that time. You can see the full survey results below.
