Building Bridges
Home and Community Based ABA Services
Ages 3+ years
Northeast Arc’s Building Bridges Program provides individualized ABA to children over the age of 3 diagnosed with ASD and their families. Behavioral assessments are conducted to identify areas for improvement and learning and a comprehensive treatment plan, consisting of both long- and short-term goals, is developed that enables each individual to become independent and successful. Behavior technicians, supervised by a BCBA/LABA, work directly with the individual and their family in the natural environment in the home or community, to improve socially significant behaviors across all areas including communication, daily living skills, social skills, and adaptive behavior. Parent training with the BCBA/LABA is an integral component, ensuring that learned skills are generalized to new situations.
