Registration information

Registration will be at the entrance of the South Lawn.

You can speed up your registration process by checking in online via the Givi app prior to arrival. Once you download the Givi app, all you need is your ticket code that was sent to you via email. If you need your ticket code or assistance please reach out to Kacy Jauron, kjauron@ne-arc.org. If you need technical assistance the night of please see the volunteers at the tech help table.

Raffle and Auction Items can be purchased and bid on via the event website or the Givi app.

Parking and Guest Directions

Encore Boston Harbor offers free valet and free self-parking.

If you’d like to valet, please pull to the main entrance of the hotel to drop off your car. Once you drop off your car, please follow signs to the Picasso Ballroom/South Lawn (see image below).

If you choose to self-park, enter the garage that you will see on the right side when you enter the Encore property. Once inside the garage, follow signs for the Resort South elevators (left turn when you enter the garage). Once parked, take the Resort South elevators to the casino level. From there, follow signs to the Picasso Ballroom/South Lawn (see image below).

Please note: In the event of inclement weather, the Gala will be moved inside to the Picasso Ballroom.
