Becca wants to invite all of you to embark on a relaxing journey of self-discovery. No prior yoga experience necessary. All levels welcome! What’s a better way to start your week? Release tension. Give your body some more love! Come stretch, breathe, flow, and center your body and soul every Monday.
Becca’s life changed forever after receiving her 200 RYT license in September 2020. Yoga consistently grounds her, clears her mind, and boosts her mood. She would not be the person she is today if it weren’t for yoga. Yoga has physical and mental health benefits that improve every aspect of your life. What’s best is that you can practice anywhere!
