Studio Art @ the Arc

Location: The Liberty Tree Mall
This class will introduce many different style artists and techniques of art. There will be sculpture, painting and drawing components to create 5 amazing projects focused on 5 different artists.
Week 1 Keith Haring- celebrating differences drawing haring people with oil pastel.
Week 2 Freda Kahlo- self-portrait frames, mixed media
Week 3 Kandinsky- painting with acrylic
Week 4 Georgia O’Keeffe- flower pinch pots
Week 5 Monet- 3D paper lily pads
Week 6 will be a small drawing lesson and a chance to finish any project not finished and then to conclude the class there will be a gallery walk for parents and guardians of the artist to come and see their amazing art!
Don’t forget that everyone is an artist, if you have love for art this class is for you. Can’t wait to see everyone’s inner artist!
