Friday Night Happenings: Zumba/Fitness Night

Our new Zumba instructor is ready and willing to share the fun of Zumba with us on a Friday night! We will be getting at sweat on and learning how to Zumba with Betsy. One half of the night will be Zumba and the other half will be Fitness or Yoga. Please wear exercise clothes and sneakers as we have some fun with each other while getting a workout in!
