Drums Alive is a program that fosters a healthy balance physically, mentally, emotionally, and socially. During the class, you will get to move, groove, and sing your heart out while getting a full-body workout in. We work on basic drumming skills, drumming patterns and teaching each other what we have learned. Join Dayna on Wednesday nights for a night of music and moving!
