An event every week that begins at 5:00 pm on Wednesday, repeating until June 16, 2021
Join Becca, the Recreation Departments certified Yoga instructor, every week to keep your YOGA flow skills up to speed. This will help with flexibility, mobility, relaxation and more. Becca will provide modified movements geared towards everyone’s comfort and skill level! This class will take place outside at 6 Southside Rd. If we have inclement weather, we will transition to Zoom.
