Northeast Arc has named Christina Orfanos as its Chief Human Resources Officer.
Orfanos, a resident of Boxford, brings fifteen years of human resources experience to her role at Northeast Arc. The majority of this time was spent at MITRE Corporation and Sevita Health (formerly The Mentor Network).
“Christina’s background made her an ideal candidate to lead human resources initiatives at Northeast Arc,” said Jo Ann Simons, President & CEO, Northeast Arc. “Her experience transforming both for-profit and nonprofit organizations make her a terrific addition to our executive team.”
As Northeast Arc’s Chief Human Resources Officer, Orfanos will develop and execute a forward-thinking HR strategy that aligns with the organization’s business goals, fostering innovation, diversity, and growth while championing a vibrant, inclusive workplace culture where employees feel valued, empowered, and inspired to thrive.

Orfanos, who is a Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional, earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Applied Psychology from Simmons University.
